RETURN PADDLERS - Waivers must be completed online.

Below is the website and information on how to login.

Username - First initial and your entire last name (all lower case)

Password - Your birthdate in this format yyyy/mm/dd

Once you log in, a screen will pop up saying that a waiver is required. You will need to click on "sign waiver". Your information will already be entered on waiver. You will need to verify information and make any corrections if needed you will then sign the waiver and hit "submit" and then you are good to go.
