KEIKI REGISTRATION

The following is required to register:

​

(1) 2026 HCRA Waiver - signed and uploaded to registration form

(2) A copy of your child's birth certificate or passport

(3) A headshot photo, meeting ID requirements *see requirements below

RETURNING PADDLERS: Go to HCRApaddler.com and login following the login instructions. Follow the waiver prompts to complete the 2026 waiver. FOR KEIKI: ENTER YOUR CHILDS INFORMATION TO ACCESS THE PROFILE.

ID PHOTO GUIDELINES

Photos must be clear headshots:

- Make sure there is adequate lighting, daylight and being outside are good options

- Do not take the photo too close or too far away, leave about 12 inches clearance around the head. Do not crop the photo.

- Remove hats, beanies, sunglasses, and other face or head coverings. (Prescription glasses are okay. **Prescription sunglasses are NOT okay.)

Make sure the background is clear. If possible, take a photo against wall or open area. Avoid busy backgrounds.

- Make sure to focus on the person's face and avoid unnecessary movement to prevent blurred photos

- Do not use or apply filters to the photo

- Do not take a photo or crop a photo from an existing photo

A photo must be colored, focused, front facing, no hats, no sunglasses, face or head coverings, and up to date. Do not submit an old photo, especially with keiki photos.

Photos not meeting these guidelines will be rejected.
